Philosophy

Outside of his practice Doug is heavily involved in the community.  He has served in various positions on the board of Bridgeway House, a resource for children and families impacted by autism since  its inception back in 2003.  


Doug is the past president of the Greater Oregon Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and a past president of the Rotary Club of Fernridge.  He currently serves on the advisory board of the Eugene Mission.  


Doug is married with two sons, two dogs and a cat who tolerates him, Doug and his family live in Western Lane County and enjoy the outdoors.  For fun Doug loves to visit Hawaii or  anywhere else where he can feel the sand between his toes and the sun on his shoulders.
